Jigglesfest returns to rock a new generation
For Marquette students and bands in the late '80s, Jigglesfest was a Milwaukee music institution. Now, after a nearly two-decade hiatus, the festival is back this Saturday, Sept. 20 at Bradford Beach. OnMilwaukee.com caught up with organizer and member of R. Mutt, Jim Dier, to talk about the festival's past and its future in Milwaukee.
