Preparing a family favorite
This week I am sharing a recipe that is a great family and friend pleaser. Serve this dish with some good French baguette bread cut at a 45-degree angle (aka "bias" in culinary terms), toasted crisp, rubbed with garlic cloves and drizzled with EVO (extra virgin olive oil.)

A few years ago if you wanted to learn to cook in a classroom -- as opposed to in the kitchen with your mom or grandma -- there were few options. Now, thanks to a boom in the foodie culture in Milwaukee, there is a full menu of options from the casual to the intense.
