Exactly one year ago, OnMilwaukee.com publisher Andy Tarnoff watched FM 102.1's Jon Adler emcee the Storm the Bastille race to kick off my favorite French-themed Downtown festival. He decided, right then and there, that he would run in the Storm the Bastille in 2009. Here's the story of his ill-advised training for the race.
