100 great Milwaukee dishes
We don't have scientific proof to support this assertion, but for a city of its size, Milwaukee has a disproportionately large number of excellent restaurants. And with all of those eateries come some legendary dishes. We asked our staff to list our favorites, and we easily topped 100. Which means objectively speaking, we're not saying these are the best or only great Milwaukee dishes; they're just the first 100 that come to mind.
