Monkey business is over, but Palms still satisfies
The once-renowned pictures of monkeys are gone, but the Palms Bar and Bistro, 221 N. Broadway, still has a cool, artsy vibe and the kitchen dependably turns out solid entrees and excellent appetizers at a reasonable price.
