Duking it out with LUKE
The city's LUKE multi-space parking meters are causing problems again and that has aldermen ready to call the Department of Public Works on the carpet. Members of the Public Works Committee want to hear from the city's parking administrator Dorinda Floyd about what's going on.

Business way outspends labor on campaigns
For those of you who fear the power of organized labor come election time, a recent Wisconsin Democracy Campaign report should quell some of that concern. The WDC found that business interests still fuel the fire of campaign giving by a large margin over organized labor.
