Green Bay replay: Packers 21, Bears 14
The Packers didn't look particularly crisp or efficient Sunday afternoon at Soldier Field. But, they were resilient and made the plays necessary to take their fifth straight victory and improve to 9-4. With three games left, the Packers appear to be playoff-bound. They might not be good enough to make a lot of noise in the post-season, but they'll be a team that others don't want to face.

Things to watch on "Monday Night Football"
The Packers play Chicago tonight in a nationally televised "Monday Night Football" matchup. Outside of the built-in fan bases of both teams, the game at Soldier Field is guaranteed to attract huge ratings amongst degenerate gamblers, desperate fantasy football owners, Tony Kornheiser lovers and haters, Hawaii residents fascinated by frigid weather and one other specialized demographic: Vikings fans. That's right, Minnesota must cheer for Green Bay.

Packers prepare to face the Bears and the elements
The folks who scheduled the Green Bay-Chicago matchup for "Monday Night Football" in late December knew it would be numbingly cold. Weather.com is forecasting a kickoff temperature between 7 and 12 degrees, with 16-mile per hour westerly winds creating a wind chill of -6 to -12. For last year's game on Dec. 23, the kickoff temperature was 16 degrees, and the wind chill was -2, with wind gusts of 40 miles per hour.

World Cup Qualifying Game - USA! USA!
I love train rides into Chicago, listening to the conductor count down the cities until Union Station. It gives me a chance to just exist ...to think, to relax, to observe strangers, finish putting on makeup, to return phone calls or nap. Today’s destination: Soldier Field. I met a wonderfu...

Would you rather suffer through a December of sub-zero temperatures and blizzards or a first-round playoff loss at the hands of Brett Favre?
I'll take the Ice Age and a Packers win.
I'd rather see the Packers lose to Favre so I can stay warm.
This is like choosing the least painful way to die.
