Milwaukee's best burger, 2008: Sobelman's
Bratwurst and other sausages might get more attention from tourists and media types (we can thank a certain stadium race for that), but Milwaukeeans are pretty passionate about burgers, too. Sobelman's, located at 1900 W. St. Paul Ave., serves the best burger in town, according to OnMilwaukee.com readers.

Capitalism eats another small business owner
How do you define the line between capitalizing and expanding on an already successful business and retaining the unmatched qualities that made your business successful to begin with? And is it fair for me, as a customer, to even question such things? I want all local, small business owners to be successful, but at what price?
