East Side explores arts incubator idea
The East Side B.I.D. has applied for a grant from the State of Wisconsin to study the feasibility of creating an arts incubator for the East Side, according to Jim Plaisted, executive director of the East Side Business Improvement District #20.

Ma Fischer's returns in January with a new look
In late August of this year, Ma Fischer's, an East Side landmark since 1947, was engulfed in flames. Owner George Panagiotolopoulos says Ma's will reopen at the beginning of the new year with a whole new look inside and patio seating outside.
