Milwaukee Talks: Dream Dance GM Nathaniel Bauer
It's an exciting time at Dream Dance, the jewel restaurant at Potawatomi Bingo Casino. In addition to receiving the AAA Four-Diamond Award for the fifth consecutive year and the Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence for the second straight year, Dream Dance received a 2008 Santé Award for wine hospitality. We spoke with Nathaniel Bauer, the man in charge of the restaurant's wine collection, which is approaching 1,000 bottles.
