Harris must build Bucks around Bogut
The NBA has changed, but there still is no better way to build a winner than to start with a talented big man. The Bucks got that man in No. 1 draft pick Andrew Bogut. Now it's up to GM Larry Harris to build around him so the Bucks again create some State Sports Buzz.
