Randolph firing shouldn't give fans the Willies
Firing someone is never easy. It smarts. It stings. It's the ultimate rejection. "We no longer want you." There is no massaging that hard truth and nothing could have softened the blow.

Manager scrutiny can cause a case of the Willies
