MAM building helped lure sizzling Bacon show
Once again, Milwaukee's art scene benefits from the reputation of the Calatrava-designed Quadracci Pavilion at Milwaukee Art Museum. "Francis Bacon: Paintings from the 1950s," which opens Saturday at MAM, wouldn't likely have been here without the building.

MAM adds space and works in revamped Bradley Collection
If you're a devotee of the Milwaukee Art Museum's Bradley Collection -- which reopens Saturday, April 8 -- you might find the re-hung galleries housing Peg -- aka Mrs. Harry Lynde -- Bradley's gift a little disconcerting at first. But even skeptical fans should enjoy seeing their beloved works in a new light.
