What to do? The new new wave is washing over Milwaukee on Monday and I can only be in one place at a time. Since I'm already committed to seeing The Fratellis at The Pabst, I can only wish there was also a way to see Interpol at The Rave, too.

Manchester's musical sparks fly in "24 Hour Party People"
"24 Hour Party People" may not get all the facts right -- hey, the film is quick to admit that -- and you may or may not agree that Happy Mondays' singer Shaun Ryder was brilliant, but it's smart, funny, inspired and a wild ride even for those of us not lucky enough to be there for real.
