Bartolotta deal with SSP boosts airport dining
Mitchell International Airport has long had a taste of Milwaukee in its concourse, with a Renaissance Bookshop and a Usinger's sausage eatery in the food court. But thanks to SSP's partnerships with the Bartolotta Restaurant Group and Alterra Coffee, the airport is more "Milwaukee" than ever.

Foodie hibernation
I have to admit -- even the most ardent of foodies can feel a bit to far to the bacchanal side of things at the end-of-year; the Wisconsin Foodie production crew not excluded. We rallied ourselves to a true New Year's resolution -- a new airtime to coincide with the new year.

Chef profile: Ristorante Bartolotta's Zachary Baker
Foodies around town know the Bartolotta name, of course, and Bartolotta chefs like Adam Siegel and Juan Urbieta are also pretty high profile in Milwaukee. But as anyone knows, it takes a village -- or at least a crack staff -- to make a restaurant like Wauwatosa's Ristorante Bartolotta hum on a daily basis. So, when we met the tall and outgoing Zak Baker recently at the Ristorante, we decided that you ought to know him, too.
