Fred fashions itself as an affordable boutique
The space is still under construction, but on April 6 Fred Boutique opens at 524 N. Water St. as the hip and sassy sister store to Chicago's Hot Pink. Owner Ron Krinn and store buyer Clai green say their fashionable and affordable boutique is a good fit for Milwaukee.
