A few years ago Great Lakes Distillery set up the state's first distillery in an old dairy building on Holton and Capitol. When owner Guy Rehorst moved his operation to Walker's Point, Scott Buer moved in and launched another Wisconsin first there. Buer's Bolzano Meats is Wisconsin's first dry cured charcuterie producer.
