Bay View Bash will highlight neighborhood's buzz
The Bay View Neighborhood Association will host the first Bay View Bash, Saturday, Oct. 2 with music, food and fun spread over four blocks on Kinnickinnic Avenue.

Bay View provides the setting for Stefaniak's debut novel
The prize-winning author of a book of stories, "Self Storage and Other Stories," Mary Helen Stefaniak teaches at Creighton University and lives in Omaha and Iowa City and "The Turk and My Mother" is her first novel.
