"Dear Mr. Carson" expounds on writer's love for late television host
In a sweet and simple tribute to Johnny Carson, who died from emphysema in early 2005, Milwaukee's Elizabeth Ridley wrote "Dear Mr. Carson," the first known novel about the popular talk show host. It was recently published by Permanent Press in New York.
