Circle-A Café cuts back regular hours, amps up one weekend a month
If there's one thing Warwick Seay, owner of Circle-A Café, wants his customers to know, it's that his bar is not closed. True, for the first three and a half weeks of the month it remains dormant, but the last weekend of every month Circle-A goes on a party binge.
