Gilligan docks to the south and jazz comes to Brewer's Hill
Gilligan's, 904 S. Barclay St., will open soon in the Walker's Point/Fifth Ward neighborhood with a patio bar and waterfall and a new jazz lounge is in the works for King Drive in Brewer's Hill.

North Avenue Dam bridge will link burgeoning neighborhoods
The new North Avenue Dam Pedestrian Bridge will tie together areas around Commerce Street, Caesars Park, Kane Place, and the businesses at the Jewel-Osco development on Humboldt and North.
