Placebo's debut feted with double disc
It's been 10 years since the eponymous Placebo debut was released. Amazing how time flies. Perhaps quietly, the cross-border trio -- a Dutchman, an Englishman and an American raised abroad -- has become one of the best bands around.

Utopia's Powell taps Milwaukee talent for first CD in 26 years
Former Utopia and David Bowie keyboardist Roger Powell is releasing his first solo disc in 26 years. So, what does that have to do with Milwaukee? “Fossil Poets” -- Powell’s first release since his 1980 “Air Pocket” - was recorded with local producer and musician Gary Tanin and Milwaukee guitarist Greg Koch.
