Is MMA fighting the end of the world as we know it?
OnMilwaukee.com sports columnist Dave Begel stumbled across a mixed-martial arts fight while channel surfing the other night and didn't really like what he saw. Begel worries that the logical outgrown from MMA is to put a fighter in a ring with a lion, a tiger or a pit viper. Oh, and he shares his thoughts about the Brewers, Packers and Bucks, too.

Not everything in the wide world of sports is wrong
OnMilwaukee.com sports columnist Dave Begel spends much of his time looking for problems and writing about them. That's part of his charm. Believe it or not, there are some things that Begel enjoys in the sporting world, including high school basketball, which was immortalized in the movie "Hoosiers" and several other things.
