It wasn't exactly a golden day for Sheets, Brewers
On the eighth anniversary of his gold-medal winning performance at the Sydney Olympics, Ben Sheets took the mound with a balky elbow and dug the Brewers into an early hole from which they could not escape. The Cubs won, 7-3, putting the Brewers in a tie for the National League wild-card heading into the final game of the season.
