Owned by Marisa Graff-Lange (also of Classic Slice) and Holly DeShaw, Blackbird revamped and re-energized the space formerly operated as The Groove, 3007 S. Kinnickinnic Ave. Bay View residents Graff-Lange and DeShaw saw an opportunity for investment both in a business and a community.
