Pragmatic Construction wins Launch Angel initiative
The entrepreneurial spirit is alive and well in Milwaukee, and Anna Baxter Kirk is determined to prove it. Her entrepreneurial start-up program, Launch Angel, yielded 14 applicants, but only one, Pragmatic Construction of Milwaukee, received the $15,000 Launch Package.
