Wheelchair Bucks playing some of the best basketball in the city
It's been a rough year for basketball fans in Milwaukee. However, there is one basketball team that's making the city proud - and in fact has been for well over a decade now: the Milwaukee Wheelchair Bucks. They'll be showing off their skills in a tournament - or, to be more exact, a collection of league games - this weekend at Whitnall High School in Greenfield.

News arrived earlier this month that ex-pat Milwaukee musician John Kruth's band Tribecastan's disc, "New Songs from the Old Country" had landed near the top of a respected readers poll of the best world music records of the year. That honor caps off a stunning 2013 run in which Tribecastan toured Europe, made its West Coast debut and Kruth published an acclaimed biography of Roy Orbison.
