The following sections describe the registration fields and the information that is required for each field. By creating a free OnMilwaukee.com Member ID you automatically receive all the benefits of an OnMilwaukee.com membership. You will be able to use your Member ID and password to access all of OnMilwaukee.com's personalized services including free Web-based e-mail, e-mail newsletters, registering for contests and future features on the site. By filling out and submitting your registration information, you are indicating that you agree to the Terms of Service.

1. Member name

Choose and enter a Member ID. This ID will be your identity and is required for the use of customizable features. Your Member ID must:
Have 6-20 characters, contain only letters, numbers, underscores or dashes and have no spaces
Example: jon_smith or jonsmith or jon-smith

2. E-mail address

Enter your current e-mail address. This is used for support purposes or to send e-mail newsletters. You cannot enter an e-mail address in use by another OnMilwaukee.com member. Your e-mail address must be in the following format: username@domain.com

3. Confirm e-mail address

Re-enter your e-mail address for verification. This is a safety measure just in case you accidentally hit an incorrect key.

4. Password

Select a password that you can easily remember. It's a good idea to write it down and put it in a place where others cannot find it. Your password must contain 4-20 characters and no spaces. Example: omc3434

5. Retype password

Re-enter your password for verification. This should be the same combination of letters and numbers you entered in the previous field. This is a safety measure just in case you accidentally hit a wrong key.

6. First name

Enter your first name in this box.

7. Last name

Enter your last (also referred to as your surname or your family name) in this box.

8. Gender

Select Female or Male from the pull-down menu.

9. ZIP code

Enter your 5 or 9 digit US ZIP code. Do not use any spaces or dashes. If you live outside the US enter your postal code.

10. Birthday

Select your month and enter the day and year you were born.

11. When all the fields are completed, click "Create my FREE Member ID ."
