That area of Milwaukee is one of the most crime riden&nbsp;in Milwaukee. You would have to armed security for the parking lots. The buildings would need untold updates costing tax payers dearly&nbsp;unless they were&nbsp;torn&nbsp;down&nbsp;and started&nbsp;from&nbsp;scratch and that also would be cost prohibited.&nbsp;I worked at AOSmith/Tower for 30 plus years and our safety and vehicle safety were always an issue.
