Cafe Centraal - Bay View Cafe Centaal is very spacious and inviting.  Their staff is pleasant (and can take and dish out some razzing).  The lighting is mellow and non-abrasive. And although the smoking section is just across the room, you cannot see nor smell the smoke from the non-smoking section.I personally... Telluride Tavern - Bay View I love this concept, and heard all the "hype" about this place, and was pretty excited to check it out.
