I just read some of the most disturbing news I have ever heard.  Obama and McCain are spending $30,000,000 per week on negative ad campaigns and will continue to do so until the election.  I cannot believe in these trying economic times when people are being kicked out of their houses, losing their jobs, losing their retirement funds, unable to feed their children; that the two people who are supposed to care the MOST about this country are flushing money down the toilet.  I challenge anyone that reads this to call, e-mail, text, write a letter, send a carrier pigeon, take a flight and demand an answer from "the future leaders of this country" why people can't eat because they need to smear the other candidate.  This almost makes me want to vote for Ross Perot; wait, is he running again?

Whoever gave them those contributions should be to blame if that's the case. It is now their money to do with as they choose. That point can be applied to any discussion about poverty.

Reader poll
Would you rather suffer through a December of sub-zero temperatures and blizzards or a first-round playoff loss at the hands of Brett Favre?
I'll take the Ice Age and a Packers win.
I'd rather see the Packers lose to Favre so I can stay warm.
This is like choosing the least painful way to die.
