One of the easiest ways to support others struggling with debilitating conditions in addition to your own physical health is to participate in one of the many run/walk events for charity during the summer months. It’s the easiest form of philanthropy, satisfying your altruistic and athletic goals. Whether you are a first-time race participant or seasoned marathoner, get out and get moving at one of the many races at Milwaukee’s beautiful lakefront and beyond.
