We were surfing around YouTube the other day when we came across this classic clip from 1965. It features legendary Milwaukee disc jockey Bob Barry, the guy who introduced the Beatles during their show at the Arena, chatting with members of The Hollies.
The Hollies, it seems, had to cancel a show in Milwaukee due to problems with immigration / work visas, etc.
Music fans will recognize the young Graham Nash, who went on to more fame and fortune with Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young, but he and fellow Hollies Allan Clarke, Eric Haydock, Tony Hicks and Bobby Elliott were a popular act in the 1960s.
Enjoy this Time-wasting Video of the Day, a blast from the past, and ask yourself which current rock stars you could imagine doing an interview like this one.
