Graphic novelist Craig Thompson will attend the Grammys on Feb. 10, hoping to score an award for Best Recording Package for his cover art on experimental band Menomena's "Friend and Foe."
Thompson, who grew up in Marathon, attended the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design (MIAD). He won a few prestigious awards, but this is his first Grammy nomination.
Currently, Thompson lives in Portland, Ore.
