After entertaining U.S. troops in the Middle East last year, Milwaukee R&B singer Cincere does a second leg of military bases in February and March, performing for soldiers in Italy, Spain, Portugal and Greece, in a tour organized by Armed Forces Entertainment.

Joining Cincere are Eleazar Maldonado, rapper Billy Blueyez and guitarist Evan Christian.
