With a family tradition of chocolate that dates back to 1817 Holland, Chocolaterie Stam arrives in Milwaukee nearly a century after the company came to America.
Stam's first Wisconsin shop is the first business to open in the Locker's Pointe development, 9125 W. North Ave. in Wauwatosa that will also be home to an Alterra cafe.
