Coqui Design makes paper pretty
Wedding planning can be overwhelming. Anyone who has gone through it themselves or helped a friend dwindle down the endless options can attest to this.
A local mother-daughter entrepreneurial team, is hoping to change that -- or at least do what they can to make one of the many tasks involved a pleasant one.
Last year they launched Coqui Design, a custom invitations and stationary company catering to the Milwaukee and Madison markets.
Founders Elizabeth Webber and Denise Steinbock specialize in personalized graphic design and eco-friendly screenprinting. Consultations are available by appointment.
Thanks so much for this article Julie. I just wanted to outline a few incorrect items as I have not received a response to my email regarding the errors. Coqui Design was founded by Denise and myself in 2005 rather than one year ago. Also, while we do certainly use eco-friendly printing, we use a wax printing method rather than screen printing. Also, when referring to paper goods, stationary is incorrect and should be replaced with stationery. Thanks again and we look forward to speaking with anyone in need of custom stationery soon!
