DeMedici Paprika Breadsticks -- Maybe it's the trace of gypsy blood flowing through me, but I love paprika. I put it on everything I can; whether its quadrupling the recommended amount for my homemade goulash or a couple of shakes to add some zing to some macaroni and cheese, it's without a doubt my favorite spice. On a whim, I picked up a pack of these breadsticks on a recent hunger-induced trip to the Milwaukee Public Market. What a treat. Twisted in the shape of olive branches, they have just a hint of paprika - enough to add a little kick to your midday snacking. Try them with a couple of sticks of landjaeger and some string cheese, and you've got one heck of a light meal. You can buy a pack for $3.99 at West Allis Cheese Mart inside the Public Market. --Andrew Wagner
Pamplemousse LaCroix sparkling water -- I would have tried this flavor sooner, but I only recently learned "pamplemousse" means "grapefruit" in French. (In my defense, I took Spanish and Latin, but never the language of love.) This is by far the best flavor of fizzy water, with just a hint of grapefruit to give it an extremely refreshing finish. Best of all, the flavoring is all natural. I think this might be my new zero-calorie bevy of choice. Au revoir, Diet Pepsi. --Molly Snyder Edler
OnMilwaukee.com's "Milwaukee" Twitter feed --We've incorporated local Twitter feeds into the interface of OnMilwaukee.com's homepage, and (warning: self-serving recommendation coming) I must say that I really enjoy it. Located in the left column above a skyscraper ad, the innovative application checks Twitter every 15 minutes for new tweets. It lets you see the last 10 "tweets" regarding Milwaukee issues. In the coming weeks, OnMilwaukee.com will aggregate tweets by keyword into individual articles and sections. Want to know what more Miwaukeeans are talking about? Check out our Twitter integration. --J.S.
Bryant's Cocktail Lounge -- We've written about this legendary South Side establishment many times. And if you haven't been there lately -- yes, it's still open -- you're missing out. Bryant's is a scene right out of "Mad Men." It's small, it's dark, it's lively and the drink menu is beyond any reasonable description. Break out your skinny tie, grab a pack of Lucky Strikes and take your little lady for a night on the town while stepping back in time. If you're planning a party, think about renting the Velvet Room for an unforgettable evening. --A.W.

Oh Em Gee! Cage The Elephant's Ain't No Rest For The Wicked sounds like they are going for that Kid Rock, Everlast, or Beck's Mellow Gold Loser vibe. That 1993 white boy soul rap on acoustic guitar crap! Then they do their imitation of the worst brit pop bands ever on Tiny Little Robots and Lotus. I thought everyone hated those bands like Jet? Then they almost sound like Oasis the band Jet was imitating on Back Against The Wall! I wish it never went into my ear but In One Ear did and its a song attacking the critics of their music! That is sad to have to have a song that defends your music before you even get big! I can't believe Coachella has crap like this now their old lineups looked like my record collection! Now they got these bands that sound like cover bands doing other peoples song styles? Did the Red Walls headline this year!? LOL! Without even attending I can easily say this is the worst band to have played Coachella. You heard it here first Ain't No Rest for the Wicked AIN'T NO RADIO HIT! I wish it WAS NO REST FOR THE WICKED I'd rather listen to that crappy Ozzy album instead! So if you like white boy soul raps over bad british pop jams or wanky wannabe white stripe riffs this is the band for you! But if not and you want to hear some good white boy raps go listen to Goldie Lookin' Chain--Straight Outta Newport! Oldie but Goldie! Or better yet just listen to the bands they are imitating Oasis, Jet, Sham 69, Beck, Kula Shaker etc. That's my recommendation! Don't try and be a hipster scenester and jump on fads and end up trend victims! Always stay out of the loop 2 years behind! Now, you can head over to yourscenesucks.com to see some of these fashion victims! (I wish I discovered this 2 years ago) I recommend checking out all the different type of scenesters, which are you? My favorite is the orgcore guy! I'm thinking of having my own made but it's expensive!

I love the grapefruit LaCroix! It's even better mixed with a little gin.
