Event Description
This hands-on session you’ll go beyond the basic pasta and sauces and find yourself learning the art of more difficult Italian cuisine. All classes start at 5 PM, September 24, October 21, November 5, November 19, December 3. $79/class or save $50 when you sign up for all five. This culinary tour will take you from an ordinary cook to becoming experienced in the rich traditions of Italian cooking. You’ll experience exquisite cuisine and discover the regional specialties while having fun honing your cooking skills. Personal attention from Chef Alisa Malavenda guides you through a four course meal with wine tastings, binder for recipes and Market apron.
