Event Description
Experience the freshest Sushi grade scallops available to the Midwest and other seasonal fresh wild caught fish in this hands on class. $45 To sign up for a class, contact Christine or Britta Kramer at 414.243.7462. Space is limited so reserve your spot at least two weeks prior to the class. All Cancellations should be made at least 3 days in advance. A credit will be given for a future class. No refunds.
