This hands-on course will take the mystery out of pie making and teach you the secrets to a flaky delicious pie crust. Each student will make their own pie crust to take home at the end of class. Christine and Britta will conclude the class by preparing a seasonal pie for tasting. Students should bring their own 9-inch pie pan and rolling pin.

Cost is $40 to attend. Please call 414.243.7462 to register. Space is limited so reserve your spot at least two weeks prior to the class. All cancellations should be made at least 3 days in advance. A credit will be given for a future class. No refunds.
