Instructed by Sensei Thom, Kickboxing/Boxing Coach, Personal Fitness Trainer, and 5th Degree Martial Arts Expert This is an integrated kickboxing class that consists of techniques, training methods, attribute and fitness development from Western Boxing, North American kickboxing, European kickboxing, Muay Thai, Bruce Lee Jun Fan kickboxing, and lots of body conditioning and strengthening.
This fun intensive cardiovascular workout enhances muscular strengthening, toning, and flexibility. Training includes skipping & footwork, body conditioning, focus mitts, air shield, and Thai pads, with a real ring timer. Purchase of personal gloves is recommended. 8-Week Session.
