Event Description
Just in time for the "comfort foods" months, braising and stewing allows you to use longer cooking processes to develop dishes with great flavor and depth. Learn to braise a beef chuck roast with root vegetables in a Cabernet wine sauce, prepare Osso Bucco (veal shank) with Gremolata and make Hungarian goulash stew with herbed spatzle.
