Event Description

Mount Mary College will offer a free lecture on diversity issues in Stiemke Hall, located on the second floor of Notre Dame Hall. The lecture will be presented by Sharon Adams, co-founder of the Walnut Way Conservation Corp., a resident-led community development organization serving a Milwaukee Central City neighborhood. Adams will discuss Walnut Way Corp.’s mission to build and sustain thriving communities through community engagement in leadership, housing, environmental stewardship and economic development initiatives.
