Event Description

With this class we will pair cheeses with wines and beers, and then reach beyond beverages to orchestrate pairings with complimentary edibles that add layer upon layer to the cheese tasting experience. We will try both classic and creative pairings. Come with an open mind and clean palate. Hosted by Steve and Patty Ehlers.
