Event Description Join Sensei Thom for this integrated kickboxing class that consists of techniques, training methods, attribute and fitness development from Western Boxing, North American kickboxing, European kickboxing, Muay Thai, Bruce Lee Jun Fan kickboxing, and lots of body conditioning and strengthening. Not only is this a fitness class but also a skills class where the student will develop footwork, evasion and blocking techniques, punching and kicking, and elbow and knee strikes. This is a safe and results oriented class where the student will get into ultimate shape while progressively improving in skill. This fun intensive cardio vascular workout enhances muscular strengthening, toning, and flexibility. Training includes skipping & footwork, body conditioning, focus mitts, air shield, and Thai pads, with a real ring timer. This is a favorite amongst men and women who just want a dynamic way to relieve stress and get into amazing shape. Now is the time to get into shape before summer!
