Event Description Miles Dewey Davis III was one of the most influential musicians of the latter half of the 20th century. A trumpeter, bandleader and composer, Davis was at the forefront of almost every major development in jazz from World War II to the 1990s.
This concert will feature some of Miles; lesser-known compositions as well as, some more recent Miles material. Featuring Jamie Breiwick, trumpet; Aaron Gardner, tenor Sax/flute; Barry Velleman, piano; and Sam Monroe, drums. | |||||
