Every session will include lectures and discussions on relevant topics and the final 45 minutes of each session will be a yoga class utilizing the mind/body techniques found in the book. To maximize the benefits of the workshop, weekly at home projects and readings will be assigned. The cost for the eight-session workshop is $295 ($245 for West Wood members and employees of ProHealth Care). Participants who are not West Wood members will also have access to the West Wood facility one additional day each week (a $120 value).
