Event Description

Tai Chi is a traditional Chinese art, which has been practiced in China for hundreds of years as a way to soothe the mind and strengthen the body. It can be done by people of any age and the principles contained within the movements can be applied to create harmony in our daily lives.

In Thomas Hollander’s class at Apple A Day the oldest form of Tai Chi, the Chen style is taught. The movements of this style can be as soft and gentle as a trickling stream or can crash with the power of a tidal wave. In this class you will learn to combine balance, coordination and breathing with harmonious movements as a way to renew and invigorate your body, mind, and spirit.

Class fees can be purchased in an 8 pack for $88, a 16 pack for $160 or individually for $12. Please visit our website through the link above for more information.
