In keeping with the Cedar Block tradition of challenging Milwaukee-area artists to create new pieces in conjunction with a featured MAM exhibition, we've come up with a doozy this time around. To pay tribute to Ramirez and his difficult process, everyone participating in this event must create a new work of art using nothing more than what Cedar Block has given them in a box.30 artists picked up their "Ramirez boxes", and got to work on an original piece which will be on display at MAM for one night only.
